At Black Rock Grill, we want you to be completely satisfied with your stone cooking products. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully pack the unused items and all original components into the original shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned stone and components, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested replacement within 5-7 business days.
